Returns and Cancellations

Return Policy

Currently we are providing our services within the United States and therefore returns are applicable only within United States. Furthermore we do accept returns for both defective and non-defective products – Exchanges (packages should not be opened ).

In order to return merchandise, an RMA number must be obtained by contacting us through contact page.

Unopened merchandise (except Skincare, Haircare, and Makeup items) may be returned in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt. A refund will be issued less any shipping/gift wrapping charges.

Shipping costs incurred to return the product to us will not be refunded.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare, Haircare, or Makeup items due to health reasons.
Please make your selections carefully.

We require the following information to process your return. (If this information is not included, we will be unable to process your return.)

    • RMA Number
    • Full name and address
    • Phone number
    • E-mail address
    • Packing slip
    • Original Order Confirmation Number
    • Your reason for returning the merchandise

    All returns must be shipped back to Excellershop.com using a trackable courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation)

    Any package that has not been received by Excellershop.com and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.

    **Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return or exchange.

    Damaged Merchandise:
    Please contact our customer service department for an RMA. Upon receipt of the damaged merchandise a refund will be issued and an email confirmation with the total amount credited will be sent.

    Undeliverable Packages:
    If your package is returned to Excellershop.com marked as “refused”, “unclaimed”, or “undeliverable”, a refund will be issued for the merchandise only. Shipping charges are non refundable.

    Cancel Your Order

    Since we use automated order processing and warehouse systems, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once it has been submitted. If you have any other questions, please contact our customer service department.

    Claims

    You must notify us within 15 days from the date of your order if you have not received your package.
